'Manufacture clothing responsibly'- with this slogan, this RMG unit started its operation in 2014. Located 6 km inside from Konabari-Mouchak main road, this manufacturing unit is conveniently placed at an area which is also the hub of many skilled sewing machine operators. Covering more than 3 acres of land, the facility not only possesses state of art machines but also promises a complete safe and congenial work environment for its employees. The operation is being guided by a professional management team which implements most advanced production tools and techniques like TPS, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, SMED, Six Sigma, Poka-yoke etc to offer attractive value to its customers. ◆Key activities include thread trimming, spot removal, pressing and ironing, hangtag attachment, and final inspection before garments are packed into boxes according to buyer specifications.

Fabric Store Section

◆This department receives all incoming fabric, trims, and accessories from suppliers and conducts initial checks to confirm quantities and identify potential defects.

CAD Section

◆CAD connects to CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) to automate processes like cutting, spreading, and grading patterns in multiple sizes. ◆The integration of CAD and related software has streamlined garment production and reduced costs by increasing efficiency
